Cancellation & Late Policy

Please be kind.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give more than 48 hour notice. The longer the better. Canceling with short notice or no-show leaves missed opportunity for another guest and will result in a 50% cancellation fee of all services booked.

Late Policy: I always get lost visiting new places! I recommended aiming to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to make sure you arrive on time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule as I may not have time for your service. In this event, a no-show fee of 50% may be charged.
